A rich history with a results-driven focus in the industry, Len Hayley (CEO/Founder) has been at the forefront of shaping landscapes, facilitating transactions, and providing strategic guidance for real estate and land management services throughout British Columbia, the rest of Canada, and the United States. He has significant land management and tenure experience working for and providing services to the forest industry, the aggregate industry, railway companies, hydro-electric companies, gas pipeline companies, private real estate developers, as well as provincial, regional and municipal governments.
He currently specializes in:
- providing RW acquisition services for major gas infrastructure projects within British Columbia.
- securing free tree zones outside of established Rights of Way on both Crown and Private lands to help reduce major power outages as well as the risk of fire from tree strikes along major hydro transmission lines.
- assisting large private development companies in securing municipal services Rights of Way (sewer, roads, water, etc)
Len is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate who specializes in negotiations, strategic property asset reviews, land acquisition and disposition, land management, leasing and sales, and real estate records and related database management.
